Shandong Stages has come back to victory after securing crucial three points in the Chinese League Standing Championship (CSL) for the first time this season.
The team had been struggling to maintain their form and was not able to secure any victories so far. However, Shandong Stages' comeback came at the right time as they secured the crucial three points against Guangdong Stages in the last match of the league.
The game was a hard-fought battle with both teams playing well but it was Shandong Stages who emerged victorious by two goals to nil.
In the final minutes of the match, Shandong Stages' captain, Chen Hong, scored the winner with a beautiful strike that helped them secure the win.
"It's always difficult when you have to go up against stronger opponents but we worked hard and deserved to win," said Chen Hong. "We know how important it is to keep fighting until the end."
The team's performance in the league also led to a promotion to the Premier League Division One, which is now one step ahead of them in terms of financial stability.
